China New Energy Chamber of Commerce (CNECC) was initiated by new energy companies in private sector in January 2006, which is one of 29 organisations administrated by all-China Federation of industry and commerce (ACFIC).

CNECC consists of enterprises, communities and individuals involved in the new energy related to manufacturing, construction, operations well as services. Till now, it includes more than 800 members in the fields of solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, hydro, and other renewable energies.
